JS Valuers Property Consultants Sdn Bhd is the head office of the JS Valuers Group, based at Megan Avenue II on Jalan Yap Kwan Seng near KLCC. Our LPEPH/BOVEAP-registered valuers provide property valuation in Kuala Lumpur for bank financing, sale and purchase, probate, court and auction matters, and compulsory acquisition, alongside research and consultancy, estate agency and property management. Every report follows the Malaysian Valuation Standards.

  • Graduated in 1992 and joined the Valuation Department of Jones Lang Wootton until February 2000. He was the Senior Manager who was leading a team of 23 Valuers, his major role included supervision and servicing corporate companies and financial institutions
