  • Obtained professional degree from UTM and has worked for a number of private valuation firms in the course of training and gaining the relevant professional experience.

  • Conduct valuations of all types of properties, as well as plant and machinery, for various purposes, including financing, foreclosure, compliance with the Securities Commission, assessments for Indah Water Consortium, internal management, and compulsory land acquisition.
  • Perform market research and feasibility studies to advise on property development and investment strategies.
  • Provide insights on the highest and best use of properties, as well as conduct economic impact assessments.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

  • BSc Real Estate (University of Reading, UK)
  • Member of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS).
  • Member of The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM)

Professional Experience

  • Graduated from the University of Reading, UK, in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate. Upon graduation, joined Khong & Jaafar, where the focus was primarily on corporate cases. After two years, moved to Raine & Horne Zaki + Partners and subsequently obtained professional license. Upon registration, joined Rahim & Co. as a Manager in the Valuation Corporate Team. With approximately 6 years of experience in the private sector, specializing in valuation and corporate services.
  • Preparing valuation report for individual clients and banks
  • Specialised in conducting market research / feasibility studies and also providing consultancy on property investment opportunities
  • Experience in handling a diverse range of assignments across Malaysia & Indonesia.
