  • Member of The Institution of Surveyors Malaysia [MRISM]
  • Registered Valuer, Estate Agent & Property Manager with Lembaga Penilai, Ejen dan Pengurus Hartatanah (LPEPH) / Board of Valuers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEAP).

Professional Experience

  • Graduated from University of Northumbria, Newcastle in July 1999 with Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Urban Property Surveying. Has more than 20 years working experience with private sectors
  • Preparing valuation report for clients and banks in Tawau for banking facilities negotiation, compensation for compulsory acquisition and rating valuation for assessment purposes.
